I have made this suggestion before to Miko and I'll make it to you.
Have you considered providing a weblink for the evening speakers and ensuing Q&A's so that people who can't make the trip can still dial in via the web to see and hear what is being said.
We can even have them IM questions so they can participate in the Q&A.
It should be very simple to do and would cost next to nothing (except for your digital video cam, tripod and a laptop) and you could raise some additional capital from the TTP base who want to pay $25 (or whatever fee you decide) to be a part of the web cast.
You could use Instant Messenger as the vehicle for sending and receiving video and text information or one of the many other mediums available.
I'm sure Marco the Wizard could rig something up.
Hopefully, you'll consider it because it would give TTPers who can't make the events a chance to be a part of the action and it could also pay off from a business perspective.
Just a thought....
