Last Friday morning (5/15), some 3,500 New Yorkers lined up at a Catholic church in Queens to receive free food hours before it even opened, ­according to the New York Police Department. Catholic Charities has reported a 200 percent increase in demand over the past month and a half.

By prolonging the coronavirus shutdown long after its core mission was accomplished, Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio have plunged tens of thousands of New Yorkers into poverty.

It needs to end. Now.

It was the model that shocked the world.

In mid-March, British researchers led by epidemiologist Neil Ferguson issued an alarming study that predicted 2.2 million Americans would die of COVID-19 by August without immediate, draconian measures to halt its spread.

As the virus rampaged across the country, more than 80 percent of Americans would be infected, the experts warned, causing massive shortages of hospital beds and intensive care units. Death and misery would be the new norm for months to come.

Ferguson’s computer model is responsible for the entire lockdown pandemic hysteria ever since.  Now it’s being rightly condemned as “the most devastating software mistake of all time, in terms of economic costs and lives lost.”

One has to wonder, do those on the left, including the media, actually think Joe Biden is a viable candidate for president?

Do they not realize that Nancy Pelosi is as senile as Joe?  Like Joe, she often slurs her words, suffers brain freezes mid-sentence, and spews gibberish.  The President was simply saying yesterday (5/19) what everyone can see, that “Pelosi is a sick woman. She’s got a lot of problems, a lot of mental problems.”

Biden is a lifelong corruptocrat, a known plagiarist, a pathological liar, and a truly mean and evil man.  You can catch a glimpse of just how mean in the film about Clarence Thomas; it was Biden who grilled him mercilessly during the hearings over Anita Hill's phony allegations.

Biden is a racist as well.  Pelosi is a lifelong power-mad lunatic.  They are the twin albatrosses around the neck of the Democrat Party.

It’s been a remarkably dumb week so far even for 2020. One of the highlights was watching the media hacks looking at each other and pretending they have absolutely no idea what Donald Trump is talking about when he repeatedly tweets “#OBAMAGATE.”

The COVID-19 pandemic has served one particular purpose: it has demonstrated for all to see how much the Left bends toward authoritarianism – aka fascism – while the Right fights for freedom.

From the moment Drs. Fauci and Birx (known to wags as “Midget and Scarf”) presented the president with Neil Ferguson's grossly overly alarmist computer model predicting mass death, leading them to advocate for a total shutdown of the economy, the Left's natural inclination to ruthless subjugation reared its ugly head.

As it became clear Mitt Romney would be the Republican presidential nominee in 2012, the Obama campaign fired up its Chicago-style machine to attack the incumbent president’s election foe. Team Obama identified several Romney donors to smear publicly; one was a wealthy businessman from Idaho.

A former Democrat Senate staffer, according to a 2012 editorial in the Wall Street Journal, contacted an Idaho courthouse seeking the divorce records of Frank VanderSloot, who had donated $1 million to Romney’s campaign. The operative was traced to a professional opposition research shop based in Washington, D.C.

The name of the outfit? Fusion GPS.

It might seem overheated to say electing Joe Biden would turn America and the world over to Communist China, but is it?  Not in the slightest.

Joe, you see, realizes an elementary truth about communism as practiced in China, Russia or wherever it takes power—it exists on corruption. Corruption was and is one of the motors of communist, indeed all totalitarian, societies, second only to nepotism.

Biden already knew this in 2014 when he flew to Beijing on Air Force Two accompanied by his crack-loving, womanizing son Hunter of Burisma fame. Hunter returned with $1.5 billion investment for his BHR Equity Investment Fund Management.
