After nearly four years, we’ve arrived at the end game, the final, violent cry of the “resistance” as it continues to try to overturn the results of the 2016 election and tip the United States of America irreversibly toward anarchy and socialism.

Aided and abetted by the mainstream media and the majority of Democrat politicians, the current unrest sweeping the country is being presented as “dissent” and “protest” but is, in fact, insurrection. It’s time to put it down, hard.

Although the media would have you believe otherwise, we’ve been down this road as a nation before, and dealt with insurrection decisively.  It’s time for President Trump to do the same – and there is no question that he has the law on his side.

This week, rioters have plunged many American cities into anarchy, recalling the widespread violence of the 1960s.

These rioters, if not subdued, not only will destroy the livelihoods of law-abiding citizens but will also take more innocent lives. Many poor communities that still bear scars from past upheavals will be set back still further.

One thing above all else will restore order to our streets: an overwhelming show of force to disperse, detain and ultimately deter lawbreakers. But local law enforcement in some cities desperately needs backup, while delusional politicians in other cities refuse to do what’s necessary to uphold the rule of law.

There have been several great columns on the debate over mask-wearing in public.  Scott McKay at American Spectator explains why the mask is essentially useless:  The mask is not an adequate defense against the COVID-19 virus, gang.

The virus checks in at somewhere between 0.06 and 0.14 microns, meaning it’s too small for any commercially available mask to effectively filter it out. The pores on an N95 mask, which are the best masks you’re reasonably going to find, are 0.3 microns.

The vast, vast majority of you are not going to have N95 masks but rather cloth masks, which perform far less well.

Even Trump-supporters have wondered about Trump's tweets implying that MSNBC's Joe Scarborough had something to do with a young intern's death in his office when he was still a Florida congressman.

It's true that Scarborough and his co-host and wife Mika Brzezinksi have spent three years accusing Trump of treasonous collusion with the Russians, but Trump's venom still seemed strange.

I, however, don't think it was strange at all.  Trump is one of the most calculating, rational people ever to occupy the White House.

So Trump set a trap.  On Tuesday (5/26), the Twitter mouse took the bait.

Each day that the Obama administration fades into the past, its wrongdoings manage to wander back into the present.

After years of suppression, all sorts of strange events keep popping up to remind us of what little is left of the Obama. The list is so overwhelming and bizarre that it ensures that anything at any time can now appear.

And the result keeps reminding Americans of how corrupt were the years between 2009 and 2017 and how untruthful was the coverage of such institutionalized wrongdoing. Let us recount all the detritus of the failed Obama Presidency.

Last Friday morning (5/15), some 3,500 New Yorkers lined up at a Catholic church in Queens to receive free food hours before it even opened, ­according to the New York Police Department. Catholic Charities has reported a 200 percent increase in demand over the past month and a half.

By prolonging the coronavirus shutdown long after its core mission was accomplished, Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio have plunged tens of thousands of New Yorkers into poverty.

It needs to end. Now.
