One common theme in the abject madness and tragedies of the past 12 months is that “progressive” ideology now permeates almost all of our major institutions—even as the majority of Americans resist the leftist agenda.

Its domination resembles the manner in which the pre-Renaissance church had absorbed the economic, cultural, social, artistic, and political life of Europe, or perhaps how Islamic doctrine was the foundation for all public and private life under the Ottoman Sultanate—or even how all Russian institutions of the 1930s exuded tenets of Soviet Marxism.

To be a Silicon Valley executive, a prominent Wall Street player, the head of a prestigious publishing house, a university president, a network or PBS anchor, a major Hollywood actress, a retired general or admiral on a corporate board, or a NBA superstar requires either progressive fides or careful suppression of all political affinities.  Why?

As the apex predators of capitalism, hedge funds are accustomed to raking in billions by driving companies into the ground and feasting on the carcasses.

So there was widespread satisfaction last week when members of an online discussion group called WallStreetBets started beating the Wall Street bully boys at their own game. “The only way to beat a rigged game,” one WallStreetBets leader said, “is to rig it even harder.”

All this outsider army needed to win was the continued ability to communicate with each other online, and their collective ability to keep piling into the “Buy” side of the trade. Within hours, they would be hobbled on the first front and crippled on the second.  Welcome to the Insider’s Game – but reality is, the insiders are terrified by the outsiders.

Chapter Three: Meetings

An activist group is not likely to be successful unless a sufficient number of members are able to work together to plan, discuss problems, and make decisions about solutions. These activities are difficult and it’s easy to go wrong.

SNCC had a way of conducting meetings that they valued very highly, championed for the local activists, and guarded zealously against change. It came to be called “participatory democracy,” although they did not use the term themselves.

Here are the main principles of SNCC’s participatory democracy.

Only You Can Beat Big Tech Censorship

I recently received an e-mail from a reader of my latest book, Live Not By Lies, who said that the book was saying exactly what needed to be said right now, in this extraordinary moment for traditional Christians and political conservatives.

I would have normally thanked him, and let that be that, but this was no ordinary reader. This was from an experienced military intelligence officer, now retired.

He knows what he’s talking about. He’s also a practicing Orthodox Christian, husband, and father to 5 children, and describes himself as “an ardent supporter of data privacy and preserving our Constitutional freedoms.”  Here is his warning to all of us.

[FPX] was inaugurated a week ago, and like the dictator his handlers have long yearned to install, his has started out as a cruel administration.  His 22 executive orders so far, more than any other president in history, have already sent tens of thousands of jobs down the drain with coldhearted carelessness.

As all those who opposed his candidacy suspected, he is doing China's bidding.  Of course he is; the Chinese own him.  Every single person he has appointed to his Cabinet is aligned with China as well.

It took the Obama administration a year to do this much damage.  This crowd, believing they have absolute power in every sense of the phrase, have set about implementing the transformation of the U.S. from a democratic republic to a communist -fascist oligarchy.  In a flash, there is no more freedom of speech or assembly.

Here’s the official company line promoted by establishment Republicans to defend the outcome of the 2020 presidential election:

Of course the election had some irregularities like all elections but nothing that would change the result and, by the way, the country needs some major election integrity reform before this happens again.

This is the conundrum created by election fraud deniers in the GOP.  One cannot simultaneously defend the integrity of the 2020 election and call for new laws to ensure election integrity.

By refusing over the past few months to acknowledge, let alone address, provable instances of voter fraud, Republicans now find themselves between a rock and a hard place.
