Why Robert Mueller should step down as special counsel or recuse himself from any aspect of the investigation involving James Comey:

*The appointment of Mueller under the special counsel statute is illegitimate. That's because the special counsel statute can only be triggered if there's an underlying criminal probe. News to the world: There ain't no underlying crime.

*The law governing the special counsel (28 CFR 600.7) specifically prohibits Mueller from serving if he has a conflict of interest in the case.  The rule has been interpreted to mean that even the appearance of a conflict is sufficient for disqualification. A conflict of interest is a situation in which an individual has competing interests or loyalties.

*Mueller and fired FBI Director James Comey are best buds. Family vacations, picnics, hours spent at the office, and cocktails after work. As former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom says, “Bob Mueller and Jim Comey are the best of friends and have been for over two decades.  It’s a massive conflict of interest.”

The Left is always condemning “white privilege.”  We need to condemn the Left’s anger privilege.

If you want to know who really has privilege in a society and who doesn’t, follow the anger.

There are people in this country who can safely express their anger. And those who can’t. If you’re angry that Trump won, your anger is socially acceptable. If you were angry that Obama won, it wasn’t.

James Hodgkinson’s rage was socially acceptable. It continues to be socially acceptable for the Left even when he crossed the line into murder.

If you’re black and angry about the police, your anger is celebrated. If you’re white and angry about the Terror travel ban, the Paris Climate treaty, ObamaCare repeal or any Leftist cause, you’re on the side of the angry angels.

But if you’re white and angry that your job is going to China or that you just missed being killed in a Muslim suicide bombing, your anger is unacceptable.

I love to expose left-wingers in the media and Congress who were soft on the old Soviet Union and are now acting like hard-liners on Vladimir Putin’s Russia.

It is a fascinating topic which exposes the duplicity of the left-wing obsession with Russia.  These people, who were soft on the Soviet Union and now hard on Russia, are the worst kind of hypocrites.

Their hypocrisy is further demonstrated by the abundant evidence that their global warming or climate change theory was initially conceived by Soviet Communists as a means by which to destroy the industrial base in the United States.

This disinformation theme was then embraced by the liberals now claiming to be tough on Russia.  Here’s how it happened.

What Trump repeatedly promised to do during the election campaign has been done, and America is no longer part of the Paris Agreement.  

Predictably, the mainstream media here and across the Atlantic have again gone totally unhinged with prophesies of doom for America, the imminent demise of the Trump administration, and the inevitable rise of Germany and Chancellor Merkel as the new leader of the free world.

This may indeed be a watershed event, but not at all as the Left here and there imagines it.  

Contrary to the fervent desires of the Leftist Elites, it will result not in the political collapse of Trump's America, but in the exposure of the incredible hypocrisy and ultimate weakness of the socialistic environmental schemes characterizing today's "European project."  

This is especially true for Germany with Merkel making catastrophic mistakes that require urgent and costly repairs.  One stands out as particularly daunting: the wholesale effort to switch Germany to renewable energy, known as the energy transition, or Energiewende.

Yesterday (6/12), the Ninth Circuit, on the basis of a Trump tweet, blocked the President’s travel ban.

When President Trump tweeted that his measure to protect Americans from Islamic terror was a “travel ban” and that it should never have been watered down, he was right.

Maybe the Supreme Court will uphold the Constitution. Maybe it won’t. The track record has been decidedly mixed. And this is an area where the courts had no actual right to intervene.

Immigration is in the hands of Congress and the White House. It is not up to judges to decide who can come to America.  If this judicial coup succeeds, elected officials will lose their authority over immigration.  That means that the American people will lose all control over immigration.

Federal courts have been unconstitutionally treating states like this for far too long, intervening in everything from elections to prison populations, but now they’re using the general anti-Trump hysteria to assert judicial supremacy over the elected branches of government.

If this judicial coup is allowed to stand, anything that any White House official or member of Congress says at any time in the past, can and will be used by Federal courts to seize control over any policy.  And then we will be living under a permanent reign of judicial terror.

Operation Overlord, the most successful amphibious invasion in history, was in no small part successful due to the most effective deception and disinformation campaign in history.

The key to the Allies completely fooling the Germans as to the real location of the invasion (Normandy) as opposed to where Adolf Hitler thought the troops would land (Calais)—thus meaning all the German generals who wanted their jobs had to think that as well—was the Allies knew what Hitler believed and just played to his preconceptions.

Flash forward from June 1944 to February 2017.  The Trump team had known for months that, far from getting even a reasonably fair shake from the Fake News Media (and even conservative media), they would face the most blistering, unrelenting, baseless and usually cowardly attacks of any Presidential administration since Abraham Lincoln’s.

Team Trump also understood that they needed a window of a few months to lay the groundwork for all of this, to get the necessary people in place, and to begin drafting all the paperwork necessary.

So they came up with the “Cheese in the Maze” deception program.

“2,000 plus cases.”

That was the most overlooked revelation to come from the May 3 Senate testimony of the then-FBI director. While the media parsed every Comey hiccup to bolster its election conspiracy theories, it ignored that number.

Comey stated that there were around 2,000 terrorism investigations. 1,000 of those came from “home grown violent extremism” with no evidence of contact with foreign terrorists. Another 1,000 had "some contact with foreign terrorists." 300 from that 2,000 had come to America as refugees.

Two-thirds of the refugee terrorists were from Iraq. The other third were mainly from the six countries named in President Trump’s travel pause which left-wing activist judges have unconstitutionally halted.

10,000 British soldiers are now deployed on British city streets after Manchester and the London Bridge.  A Muslim terrorist network in London, Paris or New York is as much of a military issue as one in Baghdad or Beirut.

Which means: Every effort to oppose President Trump’s travel pause is a vote for soldiers in the streets and car bombs every morning.
